Count on 8–14 business days door to door. We spend the first 1–2 business days getting your order checked and packed; the carrier takes the remaining 7–12 business days depending on where you are. Standard shipping costs nothing on any US order — no minimum to hit, no extra fee for larger boxes.

Banks then take 5–10 business days of their own to show it on your statement. And if a piece arrived damaged, send photos within 48 hours of delivery: we replace it or refund it in full, and any return costs are ours.

Tell us and we open an enquiry. Still nothing 20 business days after your order date? We treat it as lost and you choose: replacement or full refund.

Your device decides some of what you see — Apple Pay appears on Apple hardware, for example — so treat the checkout screen as the final word. Prices are in USD; where sales tax applies, it's calculated from your shipping address and shown as its own line before you pay.
