No problem — you get 30 days from the day it arrives to start a return, for any reason. Items should be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Return postage is on you unless we got it wrong — damaged, faulty, or not the item you ordered.

Once your return lands with us and passes inspection, the refund goes to your original payment method within 5–7 business days — nothing deducted, no restocking fees. Banks then take 5–10 business days of their own to show it on your statement. And if a piece arrived damaged, send photos within 48 hours of delivery: we replace it or refund it in full, and any return costs are ours.

Give the carrier 1–3 business days to register the first scan — a quiet tracking page straight after dispatch is nothing to worry about. No movement for 7 business days? Tell us and we open an enquiry. Still nothing 20 business days after your order date? We treat it as lost and you choose: replacement or full refund.

Your device decides some of what you see — Apple Pay appears on Apple hardware, for example — so treat the checkout screen as the final word. Every transaction runs encrypted, and your card number never touches our servers. Prices are in USD; where sales tax applies, it's calculated from your shipping address and shown as its own line before you pay.
