Items should be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Return postage is on you unless we got it wrong — damaged, faulty, or not the item you ordered.

Once your return lands with us and passes inspection, the refund goes to your original payment method within 5–7 business days — nothing deducted, no restocking fees. Banks then take 5–10 business days of their own to show it on your statement. And if a piece arrived damaged, send photos within 48 hours of delivery: we replace it or refund it in full, and any return costs are ours.

Tell us and we open an enquiry. Still nothing 20 business days after your order date? We treat it as lost and you choose: replacement or full refund.
